What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
The Organic Pea strives for our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. In the event that you do need to exchange or return a product, we will gladly provide you with a return assuming you follow our standard return policy. All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of package receipt in order to qualify for store credit or refund. All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition. All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit and insurance is up to you. Please include a copy of your original packing list or receipt to help expedite your return to us.
When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the merchandise returned. Shipping fees will not be refunded or credited. If you would prefer a refund to your credit card or paypal account rather than store credit, a 10% re-stocking fee will be assessed. International orders may only be returned for store credit.
